Six cups on a rack, and what each one can remind you to do
We print cups for a living. Ordinary ones, mostly: names for an office kitchen, dates for a wedding table, a small drawing for a grandmother. After enough years you start to see the cups people keep using every day, and the little routines that grow up around them. This notebook hangs six of those cups on one drying rack and gives each a habit worth keeping, written for grown-ups on the far side of fifty who would like their days to feel a bit more in order.

Nothing on these pages is medical advice, and nothing here is a test. Each cup ends with a short note pointing you to your own doctor, because the person who knows your health should hear about any change before a notebook does. The habits are small on purpose. Try one for a couple of weeks, then add another if it suits you.
Who makes the cups, how a future store link might work, and what this site keeps about a visit are all set out on the page printed on the bottom of the rack. Our maker's own sheet sits in English at this address, and in Portuguese at a página em português.
