Copos Bio Brasil, back to the template

Safe area for your data

This wording applies from November 2026.

Mark 1 · Who holds the pen

Decisions about personal data handled through this website are made by Copos Bio Brasil Personalizados LTDA, CNPJ 44.248.306/0001-37, at R. Anfibólios, 188, Bonfim, Belo Horizonte, MG, ZIP 31210-440, Brazil.

This page sets out that role under Law 13.709/2018, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Mark 2 · What reaches the company

There is no sign-up here, no customer password, no basket. A personal detail only lands on the company's desk when you decide to write, by clicking the email address or by using the form, which does nothing more than draft the text inside your own mail client.

A typical artwork request carries:

Mark 3 · What those details are for

They let us answer the request, prepare the preview on the template, send the proposal and, if the order goes ahead, deliver what was agreed and meet the tax duties that follow from it.

In the law's own vocabulary, what permits this use is the run-up to a contract that you yourself started; once an order is closed, the company's legal duties take over. Nothing you send turns into advertising unless you ask, and nothing is sold on.

Mark 4 · Who else brushes against the information

A few suppliers come into contact with the data only because the site and the mailbox have to work:

Some of these partners keep information on machines located in other countries; when that happens, the transfer leans on the international-transfer grounds the statute accepts.

Mark 5 · How long it stays on file

A conversation that never became a cup leaves the inbox no later than a year after its most recent message. Anything belonging to a finished order stays archived for as long as tax and civil rules say. Records the server writes by itself follow the hosting provider's calendar.

No ad cookie and no audience-measuring tool runs on these pages.

Mark 6 · What you may demand

Whoever owns the data is entitled to ask the company, whenever they like and at no cost, for:

The company has 15 business days to answer. Should the doubt or the problem remain after that, Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) is where a complaint goes, through gov.br/anpd.

Mark 7 · Care and audience

Only the people working on orders hold the key to the message box. Even so, perfect security does not exist online; should an incident reach your data, you get the notice the law provides for.

Service is aimed at adults and businesses. Minors should write together with a parent or guardian.

Mark 8 · The encarregado, and edits to this page

Our encarregado, the officer for personal data under Brazilian law, replies at contato@theweekdayreader.com, subject line "Personal data". Mark 6 requests come in through that same channel.

If the way we look after data shifts, this text shifts too, and so does the date up top.
